Python之Anaconda启动过程中的异常错误问题及解决

一个非常优秀的python发行版本。
问题的提出
某天,忽然发现,启动spyder之后,一直在Connecting to Kernel, Loading起来没完没了,本质上就是连接不上了。
启动IPython之时,报出如下的错误信息:

从错误信息来看,肯定是某个包的版本冲突导致的问题。
问题的解决
从网络上,找了一番之后,决定如下尝试:
conda uninstall jupyter tornado
